1) Services & Estimates

We provide general handyman services. Estimates are good-faith approximations and may change due to site conditions, materials, or scope changes. Final invoices reflect actual time and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2) Bookings & Accounts

You may request services via phone, email, or our online forms. You agree to provide accurate information and to permit reasonable access to complete the work.

3) Pricing & Payments

• Prices may be hourly or fixed per project, plus materials and applicable taxes/fees.
• Deposits may be required for materials or to hold appointments.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur fees or interest as permitted by law.

4) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Misuse of the site, forms, or communications systems.
• Illegal activity, harassment, or interference with services.
• Attempting to access systems or data without authorization.

6) Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and materials are owned by Reel Handyman Services or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

7) User Content

If you submit text, images, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and promote services. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to share.

8) Third-Party Links/Tools

Our site may include links or integrations (e.g., forms, scheduling, payments). We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services. Use them at your discretion and review their policies. We are not going to share your information with any third party vendor.

9) Disclaimers & Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reel Handyman Services harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for any violation of these Terms or as required by law.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

14) Changes to Terms
